Return & Exchange Policy

All sales of machines by Khushi Graphics are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any machine once the sale is completed and payment is made.

Why our sales are final

We deal in used and refurbished offset printing machines — high-value capital equipment that is individually inspected, priced and sold. Because each machine is unique and is verified by the buyer before purchase, sales cannot be reversed once completed.

How we protect you before you buy

Rather than an after-sale return window, we give you every opportunity to satisfy yourself before any payment is made:

  • Inspection before listing — every machine is inspected before it goes on sale.
  • Photographs and video — we provide detailed photographs and video of each machine so you can verify its condition before purchase.
  • Guarantee to installation — we provide a guarantee on the machine up to installation, covering mechanical and electrical parts (excluding rubber goods and pneumatic parts).
  • Complete installation support — we handle dismantling, transport, positioning and commissioning so the machine is set up correctly.
